CHAINSAW CARVING
Most of our carvings are made from pine trees cut down by tree companies on residential properties that are brought to our lot, and then milled into blanks, then carved and hand-painted. If we didn’t take these logs, they would end up at the dump!
Every effort is made to ensure that your carving stays crack-free, from relief cuts, to quartering logs, to finishing. But there are some things you can do once your carving is at home to ensure it has a long, happy life!
